WishMeWell Apartment - Terms and Conditions
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
- Note: Guests checking out after 12:00 PM will be charged ₦10,000 for every additional hour.
Smoking and Pets
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the premises.
- Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or within the premises.
Payment and Refunds
- All payments, whether made online or at the apartment, are non-refundable.
- Guests can extend their reservation dates by providing a 72-hour notice to avoid overbooking.
- If an inquiry was made before making payment on the same day, guests must confirm availability again before payment to avoid overbooking. Refunds will not be issued in cases of overbooking.
Guest Policy
- Maximum number of guests for a normal stay: 1 Bed 3 - 4 #60,000
- Maximum number of guests for a normal stay: 2 Bed 5 - 6 #80,000
- Maximum number of guests for a Get Together: 1 Bed 5 - 8 persons #100,000
- Maximum number of guests for a Get Together: 2 Bed 10 - 15 persons #120,000
Damages
Any damages to the property will be taken seriously and evaluated for appropriate charges.
Room Cleaning
Rooms are cleaned every two days after check-in.
Caution Fee
- A refundable caution fee of ₦50,000 is required.
- Refund via Cash Payment: Refund will be given on the check-out day.
- Note: The apartment will be inspected before the caution fee is refunded to ensure there are no damages.
Music and Noise Policy
- Loud music is prohibited. DJs are not allowed.
- Guests may use Bluetooth speakers, but volume levels should remain reasonable.
Activity Restrictions
- All activities must remain within the apartment.
Other Policies
- Guests are advised to double-check all personal belongings before leaving. The management will not be held responsible for any lost items.
- Keep noise levels reasonable to respect other guests and neighbors.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if these policies are violated.
By staying at WishMeWell Apartment, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without refund.
